Capture the unique character of your home through our detailed hand-drawn pen & ink renderings. Your personal home rendering is carefully drawn on acid-free archival quality paper as we work from your photographs to carefully transform your home into a beautiful work of art. In the end, you're provided with a personal keepsake or gift to share with friends and loved ones.

Renderings are typically completed large format (12 x 16 inches) but any custom size is possible. We can also provide you with reduced-sized duplicates of the original large-format master.

You have the option to remove superfluous objects such as power lines, neighboring structures and trees, and landscaping can be modified (or aged) slightly as desired for aesthetic effect. The “season” of your rendering can also be altered by adding to or subtracting foliage from trees and shrubs. We also offer watercolor portraits as well though this option typically adds $100-$200 and an additional week to delivery time.

You have the option to have your artwork framed and matted ($60-$100) depending on style, size, etc. In addition to your large format portrait, we also offer printed greeting cards using your home’s rendering – great for invitations, thank-yous and the holidays.
